Salt Therapy (Halotherapy) at Reset Lounge

Many people are drawn to dry salt therapy for how it feels on their breathing, skin, and overall sense of relaxation. Time in the salt cabin may help you feel like your airways are more open and your breathing is easier, and some guests say their skin feels calmer and more refreshed afterward. Others simply enjoy the peaceful pause and gentle stress relief.

What is salt therapy (halotherapy)?

Salt therapy, also called halotherapy, is a relaxing experience where you sit or recline in a comfortable salt cabin while finely dispersed dry salt is circulated in the air. At Reset Lounge, sessions take place in a calm, spa-like environment designed to help you unwind while you simply breathe, rest, and receive.
